Illegal deportation

Illegals already in the United States. I’d like to see a tiered approach or an amnesty.

If you are here illegally and you’ve committed any crime, felony, misdemeanor etc you are deported

If you are here illegally for 8+ years, never committed a crime have contributed positively to society you can apply for citizenship without any consequences. The individual would need to pass all citizenship tests etc, however this is a pathway for them to become a citizen.

If you are an illegal and you are here 0-7 years and have never committed or been convicted of a crime you may apply for alien status, would need to renew every year, where your criminal status would be checked etc. At the 8 year mark you may apply for citizenship and follow that pathway.

the pathway and application process MUST be simplified as well.

Ex: child was 9 months old when mother smuggled him in the US, he didnt choose to come here but this is his home. he was never advocated for throughout his childhood in the public schools so his mother never applied for DACA and now that program is frozen. he has been here his entire life. does not know anyone from his birth country. but it will take him at least $5,000and at 3 years to apply for citizenship. he has 1 misdemeanor from 15 years ago. so he would be deported. it just can not be so black and white there has to be a way to keep him with his family in the US without fear of deportation while he navigates the applications

Record flow of illegal immigration into our country has completely changed our demographics.

No sane country on Earth allows the flow of Millions of unvetted foreigners into their land.

It should be a #1 priority to locate and deport these people out of country.

So the people waiting to get vetted have to wait while illegals are being paid as future democratic voters and walk past them who come legally! No that isn’t right, tax payers are not going to pay billions just to give democrats new voters!

Thats ridiculous and backward illegals must apply first and be vetted!

Once upon a time, those proposals had merit. In light of the abuse empathy engenders, the nation must revert to a less accommodating position.

Agreed. We have been TOO accommodating for TOO long.

By entering the country illegally you have already broken laws. If you are working and here Illegally you are breaking laws, unless under the table, you are working under false papers. If you are working under the table you are not contributing to society. If you have been in the country and haven’t even attempted to become at the min a legal resident then yes they need to be deported and due the process properly. Also if you were a daca and your 21 still haven’t even applied for residency then yes you need to leave to. That being said we need to do 2 things with immigration process simplify it and make it less expensive. We also need an expedited pathway for DACA with requirements of the process to being legal starting before 20th birthday for preferential and expeditated citizenship or residency

All illegal entry into the country should invoke a 10 year ban from ever entering the country. A second entry should be a 20 year ban and third entry should be a life time ban.

Why wait till the third entry for the lifetime ban?

No, sorry. No amnesty.

Some of these people are simply unfortunate to have been caught up in … whatever you want to call what’s happened here. Some genuinely came here hoping for a better life.

Also Unfortunately, some others amongst them are here to be sleeper cells.

There’s no way to tell them apart because it’s not about racism. So, they all have to go, I’m sorry.

Sleeper cells can be anyone from anywhere. The middle east, China, Russia (Russians are very often Caucasian, remember.) They can be (and some are, for sure) foreign agents from other countries, religious extremists, and people to pad the democratic voting pool.

I’m sorry for future suffering the ones who thought coming here illegally to exploit America was going to get them good things. “Illegally” was a bad choice.

It’s also not at all fair to those who came here the right way, legally and with permission, to let those who broke the rules and tried to take the short cut stay and have no consequences.

No, sorry, they’ve all got to go.
