@ Cynthia Johnson, freedom as outlined in the US Constitution has always had limits and boundaries, and it should, just like the Bible does. It’s just that in recent years, those limits have been flipped backwards by our enemies foreign and domestic so that people have illegally been allowed to burn down American cities during COVID and the “Summer of Love” in the name of “free speech”, while peaceful, Christian, pro-life protesters who harmed nobody and nothing have been jailed for years (including grandmothers) for praying in front of or in abortion clinics with signs and trying to convince mothers to keep their babies or put them up for adoption instead of killing their children. While people should be free to criticize bad policies in peaceful protests, that doesn’t mean they should be free to call for death to America and Israel, or burning it down, as many are doing. When I say people should be arrested for Anti-America protesting, I’m speaking of protesting that isn’t peaceful. Criticism of bad policies in America is not necessarily Anti-American, but when people cross the line is when they cause damage to public and/or private property, or threaten to or physically harm people, or suggest that should happen. THAT’S not free speech, that’s inciting and committing violence, that’s attacks against America, that’s becoming an enemy of America, which the Constitution that gives us free speech says we must protect America from. Another example of a good limit on free speech and freedom, is people should not be able to kill people in the name of “free speech”, or victimize children and women in the making them targets of predators and violent crime by making them sex objects in pornography, and call that freedom or free speech. That’s not freedom for the victim who is forced into or manipulated into that situation, that’s sex slavery. The Constitution SHOULD be interpreted as ORIGINALLY intended by the founders and writers of the Constitution, and since America has historically and for hundreds of years limited free speech from the beginning, that shows the original intention of the writers of the Constitution and its amendments, and the culture they had and we have always wanted, established, and lived in, has worked for us for hundreds of years, until our education system was taken over by professors and administrators in recent decades and years who apparently weren’t studying history, the Bible, or working in college because they were too busy smoking pot, experimenting with sex, protesting Vietnam, and attending Marxist, socialist, and communist meetings.

Burning the flag: covered under free speech

Protesting: free speech

Crying for death can go 2 ways - it could be considered free speech and it could be illegal as it could be seen as calling for incitement of violence.

Everything else I agree is illegal.
