Let’s move into a better identification verification system. New social security card with a photo that is tied to a matching database. Want to buy a car? Need to show your social security photo card and be matched in the database. You could do this for loans, employment, housing, driving, travel. The idea is that if you cannot provide this ID for verification you essentially cannot function in this country. Massive fines for anybody caught subverting this system…… $50K for each violation. Illegals would not come if they do not have a way to obtain jobs, houses, cars…… anything. High tech semi low cost to stem illegal immigration and fraud. Could do digital ID or physical ID.
