To solve this issue quick and fairly. Make a law that everyone who came in through app, illegally crossed, and or has not gone through the proper process must register in 30 days. We will then have emergency hearing in every city with many Judges and a jury peer review. Each person will have already filled out there whole past record, (example: job held, what they have done to contribute to society, kids school records- grades attendance) The court will then give a probationary stay period or remove them based on these answers. Remember they came here illegally so most will not get to stay but we will be more lenient for those who come forward right away and follow the law as it is written. If you don’t self register you show no regards for our laws and they will be deported as soon as found. The court could give a probationary stay period for those who have tried to make the best out of the situation since arriving. Those that have legit asylum needs would get to stay. This would give Trump’s current political opposition a pass to be sure they are not claiming it is unfair. They will be given a fair trial. If they don’t take that opportunity then the have no regards for our laws and should be removed as they have now broken the law coming in illegally and not registering.
