We all know the seats in the U.S house, are representative of the population. And as far as I can tell the Census taken of the population determines how many seats every state gets. The census should separate U.S. citizens who need to be counted, and should be counted separate from Illegals in any given state. The house seats should only reflect the actual citizen numbers in any state and should exclude Illegals. Our representatives should only represent us the U.S. citizens. If the Census that is taken does not separate them, some states will get more representatives in the house than they actually should have, giving those states unfair over representation in congress.
