There should be legislation to prevent All government officials from expressing any untrue information about their intent, actions, and performance of their elected duties. Each occurrence of falsehood can be tallied. Among reaching a predetermined value, the member will be asked to resign. Upon failure to resign the offending member will be required to endure a special election within 90 days to vacate their position. Upon reaching 80% of the required deception the jurisdiction of their election will be notified to produce 1 or more candidates to fill the position if the aforementioned quantity of falsehoods is reached.
This legislation should also pertain to all news organizations reporting on government business. A similar system of scoring untrue posting would be in effect. Any excess of points would cause the removal from all government briefings as well as the loss of the administrationfees on deposit. Reinstatement can only be accomplished by changing personal and refiling the administration fees.
Any person removed for non compliance becomes ineligible to hold a position in government or dissemination of information.
