I believe that reallocating some of the funds that are accessible by county/state or federal government jas access to into redeveloping government/private abandoned commercial properties into a hybrid low cost apartment/rehabilitation center similar to the others who have proven their ability to function, will not only open jobs for the American people, but provide a stepping stone to removing homeless individuals who find themselves in the street.
These positions can be selective, with strict rules and regulations, meant to protect and nurture tennants back into functioning society or give the option to assist those without the ability to rent from situations such as leaving fostercare/the military. This can be done with the abandoned properties to ease the transition for those struggling, and preventing unnecessary land development, pollution, and degration of “unusable” work cites when other plots are/were priviously used commercially or domestically.
