Holistic alternatives in and out of hospitals for child birth

Midives and holistic options should be covered by insurance ** and included in hospitals nation wide . Most people can’t afford to have a home birth because it’s more expensive to give birth at home than at a hospital, ironically. No vitamin K shots should be even suggested for newborns in the hospital because they are toxic. No encouraging infants to only sleep on their backs and then have to wear a helmet because they slept on their backs only. More needs to be done and included with insurance encouraging breastfeeding and breastfeeding at home. Also, more natural alternatives for pain relief need to be offered in hospitals instead of drugs that have lasting side effects like the epidural . I know because I had an epidural.
