Simply put, hold accountable fraud in the realistate and mortgage market. I’m sure there is a reason why home prices, perhaps rent, is absurdly expensive. If it’s government, then investigate and hold bad actors or regulations accountable. If it’s investors, banks, realistate agencies, pention fund entities, or loan officers, then investigate and hold them accountable. Investigate where back-floating rate debt comes from. We need to get these house prices and rent balanced and affordable for the average citisen.
