Every manufacturer Must include a FULL MSDS ((material safety data sheet) that is in large font to be readable for everyone) with any bad food additives, yes we would still consume foods with possible ingredients that are bad for the body.
Just the cost for including said sheet would cut into profits. And a single snack pack of cookies or chips with a 30 or 50 page report attached would be annoying to consumers as well as manufacturers. Also in my hopes it would bring recycling towards a new perspective for consumers more so.
