Health Cash: Healthcare ReCapitalism

Our healthcare system has removed the patient/customer from the equation. Our insurance companies negotiate with healthcare systems on what they’ll pay for and how much they’ll pay.

Insurance should only be for catastrophic incidents. Health Insurance is not healthcare. It does not guarantee care only cash dictates care. US Citizens should have access to cash for care up to the same amount insurance companies estimate for the average cost of healthcare per individual in the form of Health Loans where by pay offs are match 1:1 with a person’s tax liability. Few would pay a dime for access to this health cash as we would put the health of our nation before the Federal Treasury. Student loans perform similarly for far less benefit to society.
With cash in hand monthly premiums for insurance will drop to $20 for catastrophic coverage. Quality of care will skyrocket. Customers will spend their health cash wisely & ration it, as it can run out, but is replenish and paid off 1:1 with their federal tax liability. Healthcare providers will return to competitive business practices. The customer/patient will control the equation.
Everyone is equal with health cash. Costs will go down and care will increase. Less $ will be wasted on insurance profits and over billing. A healthier population will generate more tax revenue. A country that puts its citizens health 1st will be the most prosperous.
Please help me share Health Cash. I am a former MPH student that has studied healthcare systems around the world and they are all performing poorly when it comes to care. A cash based system will fix it quickly and provides the same amount of funding as the insurance system. Insurance still exists to cover the amounts beyond Health Cash.
