The United States need to keep highly skilled foreigners who study in US to stay competitive and ahead against China and other nations:

  • Automatic green cards (Permanent Residents) for International Students who earn a Master Degree or a PhD in STEM field in an accredited University.
  • Automatic green card for International Students who earn a PhD in a no STEM field in an accredited University.
  • Path to citizenship after 5 years for those with a Master Degree and after 3 years for those with a PhD

It should be from a bachelors degree and up, subject to a backround check with no criminal offenses of any sort.
