Governors who do not comply with illegal immigrant deportation become complicit in every crime illegals immigrants commit in their states

Some governors have already taken a non-compliance stance in the deportation of illegal immigrants. This is a proposal for the following:

  1. Governors who refuse to comply with executive orders to deport illegals immigrants will be listed as accomplices in crimes illegal immigrants commit in their state.
  2. Drug cartels will be categorized as terrorist organizations, giving legal precedent for any governor who does not allow ICE or FBI to operate in their state against illegal immigrants to be charged with harboring terrorist cells and themselves terrorist actors if contraband from any known cartel is found within their state.
  3. Legal action should be offered to victims of crimes illegal aliens commit in states with non-compliant governors, to sue them and any affiliate party members connected to their decision to not comply, for damages.

Why wait for the illegal immigrants to commit a crime on our soil to make the government and NGO operators criminally liable for those crimes? Illegals committed a crime entering our country and sanctuary cities are shielding those criminals. Arrest the governors and mayors that want to harbor criminals in the US without prosecution.

Governors are the executive branch officials over states, just as the presidency is the federal executive branch. Either they are to be checked by state Supreme Court, or they have to be caught breaking federal laws. The most viable way to charge them is to list them as harboring terrorists, which are labeled as a national threat.

Additionally, any crime on a federal level (crossing state borders in their impact), requiring action from a federal bureau, would supersede state government. A governor could be listed as an accomplice in federal cases against any illegal immigrant’s crime.

Governors who stand in the way are guilty of harboring fugitives. There is already law surrounding doing that. The President has the authority to arrest a Governor, use it!

In most states, the governor has the right to grant pardons for crimes that are not federal crimes. For the same reason Trump’s bogus cases are about to go away now that he is president, harboring fugitives will not stick to any of these governors.

BUT, they can be made complicit in federal crimes and become buried in legal cases as listed accomplices. They can also have military action taken against them if they are harboring terrorists (a national-level threat).
