All government officials should have additional screening for mental fitness, capabilities, etc.

  • these are in addition to their PCPs
  • doctors giving the health exam should be independently selected from the state level.
  • full workup prior to running for office (doc 1)
  • any health concerns should be validated by mya 2nd doctor (doc I ) independent of the operations o f the first. This means not even the parent co,mpany can be the employer of both doctors.
  • emphasis on using doctors with their own practices.
  • if healthy, 2nd workup approximately 1.5-2 years into the term.
  • closed loop of communication between Doctor 1, Doctor I (should there be an issue), and doc 2.
  • ONLY REPORTS - come from an specified citizen hired to provide the results to the public. This person shall only publish the results to the web, including X, under a specified handle (Medical records reports or whatever)
  • this individual, is immune from litigation about the reports and the publication of the report shall be verified by Doc 1/2/I.
  • all doctors and reporters shall be protected by independent contractor veterans so they cannot be influenced by $ etc .
  • if the independent citizen dies an unnatural death (murder), the contractors will be investigated by an independent law firm, and if found guilty of unacceptable forms of protection (bribery, loss of due diligence, etc, their lives shall be forfeit.
  • DNA testing to prevent use of body doubles as presumably seen during Joe Biden’s tenure. (unconfirmed as of 10/24

May I suggest also doing DNA test to make sure the person is not a body double?

I might suggest broadening your policy to include any office holder (Congress, Administrative Agency, Cabinet Member, Head of Administrative Agency, for example) over the age of 72 (the understood retirement age), with the caveat of no grandfathering if implemented (unless term limits are applicable)—the Government Health Transparency and Accountability Act. (whatever you would like to call it), Then, add a summary of the applicability term “Person” and apply the standards—just my thoughts. I do like your policy idea.
