Government funded flights to leave the U.S. in exchange for revoked citizenship

The government will use tax payer funding to cover a one-way flight and travel expenses for any U.S. citizen who would like to permanently leave the country and revoke their U.S. citizenship. This program will help lower any barriers to leaving and also free up space for legal immigration.
