US Government work awarded to companies operating inside the country should not be able to offshore that work. There needs to be some restrictions sending work offshore. We have large Companies that represent themselves as a US company yet a good portion of work is being handled by offshore companies (which some of these companies have ownership in). There needs to be some type of transparency by these larger organizations on how much work is being done within the country, and how much is being completed by offshore staff.
