I have paid in to SS since I was 15. Now I’m ready to retire after working at the same job for 40 years. Because health insurance , taxes, cost of living is so high I need my SS to live!! SS age for full benefits keeps getting pushed back. Now we can’t get OUR money that ALL US AMERICANS have paid into till age 65, now the government is proposing to pushed it back AGAIN, this time till age 67!
Maybe President Trump can help fix this!
P.S. And stop calling Social Security benefits “entitlements”. WHAT AN INSULT!!!
I have been paying in to the SS system for 45 years “It’s my money”-give it back to me the way the system was designed and stop patting yourself on the back like you are being generous by doling out these monthly checks .
