Please get rid of the kiosks that ask us consumers for a tip on services that we are doing ourselves. If I’m ordering at a counter there’s no need to ask for a tip. Gratuity grabbing is completely out of control. Other countries don’t have this system and I can see why. Thank you!

This is something that can be done without government intervention it’s simply about complaining to the software companies.
