During the Covid Pandemic many businesses were harmed by local and state restrictions to remain open for business. The EIDL loans were helpful for a period of time to help businesses survive during this difficult period. However, now they are debt burden for American businesses, primarily small family businesses, and forgiving up to $600,000 of the EIDL loan amount per business will facilitate growth in all sectors of the economy, increase employment, and help increase wages.
