No foreign country can OWN any land in the United States.( example: China buying up ALL farmland around U.S. military bases). And if currently a foreign country does own property, they must SELL said property to a UNITED STATES individual or company. And before selling, to any person, company, etc They must be thoroughly VETTED and have NO TIES to foreign countries.
