Foreign Aid Immigration Reduction

Institute of policy whereby a dollar amount is assigned to each illegal migrant that is apprehended and or returned to a foreign country. The dollar figure will be applied to the foreign aid for that country, thereby reducing the foreign aid that that country receives by the amount per migrant that has been apprehended or needs to be returned. This will offset some of the US government’s costs associated with, apprehension, detention, court costs and transportation. It will also serve as a direct incentive for that country to mitigate illegal migration from their country to the United States because the the more of their population that illegally enters the United States the more the foreign aid they receive will be reduced. This will serve to align the incentives for both countries.
