Food rating system

Create a rating system on all food items sold in the US.
Rating to be 1 to 10. #1 to be the healthiest to #10 the absolute worse food to consume based on a standardized scoring system of the ingredients numerically where certain good ingredients are a positive rating and bad ingredients are negative. When totaled the result will fall with in the 1-10 rating system. Rating # should be prominently displayed in a standardized fashion on the packaging label next to a flag representing the product originating country. IE;
