Food dyes, growth hormones, preservatives

RFK can we PLEASE ban food dyes and growth hormones in our food? As a Mom of a toddler and a farm owner, I am trying to create the healthiest version of myself and feed my child the healthiest food I can. There is no reason that Red 40, Blue or yellow dye should be in ANY of our food when there multiple natural dyes to use. Also growth hormones used in produce and animals is completely unnecessary and unhealthy for the life of the animal to feed us and for our bodies to ingest such chemicals. When my son was an infant we ordered formula for him from the UK because they have better food standards than us and after trying 3 different American made organic formulas, the UK brand virtually cured his reflux/colic. The unnatural preservatives in our food is actually poisoning us, there are natural ways to preserve food without adding foreign chemicals. For example my husband and I give our family and friends eggs from our chickens that are free range and free of hormones, antibiotics and they’re prettiest healthiest beat tasting eggs. We also don’t wash our eggs because naturally eggs have a bloom on them that protects and preserves eggs to last longer than washed eggs like in the grocery store. PLEASE ban all these chemicals that are poisoning us!
