As the head of the executive branch, President Donald Trump has the authority to do what is needed and fire all the unelected workers. If sued there is only one question that should be asked to see if our constitution and law are still there or lost forever. “Does the head of the executive branch get to fire those that are not elected.” As a CONSITUTIONAL REPUBLIC, the abuse of what we have seen is outrageous. “Life, Liberty and the pursuit of happiness.” Those are the words etched in our constitution and so far we have been almost completely ripped of the last two due to all the law, regulations among other things.

Constitutionally, Hes only got the power to fire about 4,000 people including appointees and some department heads. Most employees are protected legally.
