  1. Provide exemptions for housing temporary farm interns on all farmland regardless of zone.
  2. Provide funding for training interns in an approved program. The program must have a formal curriculum and a teacher with any applicable certification or degree. Cover the cost of the teacher, the classroom, and hourly pay for the interns while in the training up to 20 hours per month per intern.
  3. Provide funding for low-income scholarships for teacher trainings in regenerative agriculture including Permaculture, Holistic Management, Korean Natural Farming, Biodynamic Farming, etc.
