Felony Reform and Court approved “exceptional member of society renouncements”

This law would essentially pardon and protect Americans with past felony convictions (with certain case restrictions) who have proven to rehabilitated themselves and have become an exceptional member of society. This would be a state by state law, something to be filed at a local court house and reviewed by a court justice with a check mark of approval. It would require hard evidence proof of reconditioning to a healthier and responsible lifestyle, after serving time or parole. It would allow anyone who has a harsh record whom is doing exceptionally well in society to have fair access to easy and accessible expungements, and allow things like applying to homes and apartments after their reform without denials, access to jobs and licenses that would otherwise prevent them from applying to, educational rights, access to loans, travel more freely, joining the army or military, other laws that would otherwise prevent them from living a normal life. Only of which they have been deemed as a productive member of society after a certain amount of time and reviewed by the board.
