Felon Gun Rights Restored After 10 Years Good Behavior

Allow felons with 10 years of good behavior the right to bear arms (2nd amendment) . This can be further voted on. Perhaps the level of felony could dictate how long before allowed the restoration of 2nd amendment rights. A felony of murder, violent assault, sexual crime, crime against a minor, or trafficking is permanently banned.

I agree with tjis based on a case by case basis, depending on the crime, etc.

I fully agree with this. Felonies come in all shape and sizes. Rogue prosecutors and judges ruin peoples lives with this . People should be able to protect themselves. If someone is a repeat offender then within a year or two they will prove themselves unworthy of owning a firearm. 10 years is plenty of time to prove their ability and stability.
