Federally require the 3 exceptions

Although all states currently offer the exception for the life of the mother in their abortion laws, there are 11 states where victims of rape/incest are forced to carry out a pregnancy after already being violated, and I would say this is quite traumatic for these victims. These states are Alabama, Arkansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Missouri, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, West Virginia, and Wisconsin. Trump himself said that he believes in these 3 exceptions. I understand and can see how people in these states voted against legalization of abortion, however I, and many others believe that we could come to a middle ground and at least have the exceptions protected by federal law for women, and even young girls who could be effected by this, and keep solid protections for rape/incest victims.

I agree and I have proposed a comprehensive policy package with those exceptions. Would you please consider it?

FYI - the very first paragraph summarizes the whole idea, and the actual content of my proposal comes after a few disclaimer paragraphs/my MAHA letter.
