All land in America should be accessible to the people of America. No governmental agency should have the authority to deny access to land owned by the public or that is publicly funded.
Ex. the grand canyon should be able to be explored by American citizens without government intervention. Citizens pay to manage it, so they should have full access. Non citizens will not be allowed access to the lands or rights to purchase, or invest in acquiring land. All national parks should be returned to ownership of the states and the federal government will no longer manage anything regarding land use in America.
