With President Trumps plan to dismantle the Dpt, of EDU giving power to the states. The states would be able to regulate what their states and more locally their needs. I think federal government should have a few standards so that students who move from state to state will not have learning gaps.
- Schools need to have a place for students to help with reading gaps.
- Schools need to have a higher level thinking in every lesson plan. Costas or blooms.
- Schools need to teach study skills.
These would allow students to think beyond the wall, and have study skills to keep and maintain life long learners. Student need to have the ability to think beyond the one right answer, and build the unthinkable, then out action into it. Students need to know how to study! This would help all student regardless of curriculum or level that they get the ability to learn on their own.
