PURPOSE: A committee of American citizens formed to audit any and all aspects of the federal government.
MISSION: to ensure that all persons and agencies are operating within their boundaries and law. Any person found to violate the constitution, federal, or state law, will be put on trial and convicted to the fullest extent.
SCOPE OF REACH: Any persons and/or agencies that directly or indirectly work for the federal or state government is eligible for audit. Any persons and/or agency funded by the federal or state government is eligible for audit. This committee is a direct and permanent replacement for the, department of government efficiency.
SELECTION: any citizen holding the position of a judge, attorney, paralegal, detective, or accountant may voluntarily apply to be on the committee. To qualify, a citizen must be twenty-five years of age, have at least a bachelor’s degree, held their position for three consecutive years, no felony or misdemeanor charges ever, and no outstanding warrants. The Senate shall randomly select a state at the first session of every even year. The selected state shall randomly select three judges, four attorneys, four paralegals, eight detectives, and four accountants to represent the bi-annual committee. Each selected member will retain their position and pay, on top of needed expenses while on duty.
EXECUTION: from the day of selection, the committee has six months to look at any and all aspects of the state and federal government. Thereafter, they will report in front of the Senate any violations and possible further actions that need to be taken. Prosecution and judgement will be done by the committee for the remaining one and one half years. No person, agency, or entity may bar a committee member from auditing any aspect of state or federal relations. Each committee team may pass on work and actions to the next selected committee. Each committee member may never discuss any findings in their audit unless it violates the Constitution, federal, or state law, which will be used in a court of law
