Federal 100% disabled children’s college education

Veterans affairs, has a chapter 35 that is for a stipend. Of 100% disabled children. It does not cover 100% tuition. A chapter 33 to share amongst an entire family total of 36 months no matter the soldiers situation offers 100% college tuition. And even a death of soldier education to the dependents that covers 100% of schooling. But nothing for a living 100% disabled vet’s dependants for 100% tuition for schooling. The children of soldiers that are 100% disabled are being over looked as their parent is still alive and 100% disabled.
Government should have an obligation to them to help as their parent risked their life and they are missing out on this parents support. It takes much more money from the family to keep a 100% disabled parent alive and attended to than if the soldier has passed. There is a huge need to attend to these dependants as typically both parents are focusing on the disabled vet not the child when the vet is still alive & 100% disabled. Providing for the children of vets is a moral obligation and a duty to do as the parent of that child was hurt defending the country in war time.
