FCC Politics Equal time

I’ve noticed over the years as well as many people probably have the degradation of political bias in the media. In all fairness it used to be equal allotted amounts of time for each person running for office would get an equal amount of time to give their stance on policies. I thought this used to be in the regulations of the FCC in order to deter propaganda. If you want people to come together you’ve got to supply a clean format for them to equally speak. People are overwhelmed by weeding out what is right and wrong anymore(lies vs truths).

During the 6 months prior to the Presidential election each station should supply an equal amount of air time that is set for the same timeframes. Not both at the same time. This should include the Presidential candidates history and background. It is a job for hire by the American Citizens and a format should be followed for fairness. As what has been mentioned recently, the position should be based on merits and followed. That should also be the standards for review during the Presidency. If the statements end up to be lies and not following the promises made the position should be reviewed early, no different than a lot of company workers in America have to do in order to retain their positions. The people should be kept informed of the promises during a yearly review to the American people. In the event the President is going in a different path the people should have the right to have a fair chance to choose a candidate based on qualifications.

If you want fairness it has to be created and followed.
