this is very specific but if you use tiktok you know about the insane amounts of false/deceptive advertising that happens with people trying to promote tiktok shop products. there are thousands of accounts who do nothing but try and make viral tiktok shop videos that include lies about their products, false health benefits, fake product endoresements, ai generated content, and more. people who make a living strictly from deceptive and predatory advertising practices. kids are constantly being exposed to these advertisements. false advertising in general needs to be cracked down on much more than it currently is.

I absolutely agree. These false advertisers are making mullions by duping the public. The ones utilizing Elon Musk’s pictures to promote the sell of heaters, power saving devices, etc… on social media and the internet are ridiculous. They are stealing from consumers and Mr. Musk. All of them need to be shut down and incarcerated for fraud and theft. If these are from foreign entities, then we need policies to force foreign governments to stop it completely and hold these businesses accoutable.
