Expert jury of peers

Jury trials involving issues requiring specialized knowledge to understand the evidence should have juries comprised of experts who can understand the evidence so the jury is ACTUALLY a “jury of peers”. Too many trials with science-heavy evidence are decided by jurors incapable of understanding the evidence presented and instead make judgements based on their biases and conspiracy theories about the subject and sympathy towards the plaintiffs claiming injury. Too much valuable tech has been lost or hampered due to false conclusions instead of factual evidence.
