Expand medicaid to all Americans

Make it so medicaid is available to all American citizens, even outside the poverty level. For individuals making above 60k/year add a payscale that adjusts for a yearly insurance plan. You could easily dismantle the affordable care act which benefits the insurance company more than the average person or family. The expanded medicaid plan would not be mandatory, but would cover 3 doctors visits, and urgent care visits per year, and all prescriptions, as well as all hospital expenses on a copay scale of at least 75/25. No American citizens can be prevented or dropped from the insurance for use of their benefits.
