Congress must recognize President Trump’s work on behalf of the American people. With that in mind, Congress must establish the United States Peace Prize, and President Trump should be its first recipient. Congress should acknowledge President Trump’s contributions to the American people by establishing the United States Peace Prize. This award would honor individuals who have made significant efforts toward peace and prosperity in the nation. Given President Trump’s initiatives in fostering diplomatic relations, such as the historic agreements in the Middle East and his efforts to engage in dialogue with North Korea, and the work he is doing to diffuse the hostilities in Ukraine, he should be considered the inaugural recipient of this prestigious honor. The creation of the United States Peace Prize would not only recognize his work but also encourage future leaders to strive for peace and collaboration on a global scale.
