Establish Seats in Congress for the Several Tribes and Territories

Several of the Native Tribes and US Territories are not allotted representation in Congress. This is direct violation of the people’s lives, liberties, and overall happiness.

This is also in violation of most of the 370 Treaties between the Native and the US Government. Most of which have been broken.

A Treaty has not been made with a Tribe since 1871.

A New convention of the Tribes must take place, and Treaties fufilled; Representation granted.

An amendment needs to be drafted that protects unincorporated territories under the Constitution, and grants them full representation just for having a population under US jurisdiction. These areas have people, which require social services like everyone else; 48% of natives go annually without running water. That’s ~1,339,680 people without running water, not including people in Guam, Puerto Rico, and the American Samoa.
