Complete the ERC program which was suspended due to fraud. There are legitimate claims which have been put on hold barely holding on in hopes of recovering from the past 4 years.

Agree. Where did the IRS get the power to override federal law? Im confused. I thought laws came from the legislature.
And some of us small businesses did get ERC checks and are now being forced to pay them back because the rules have changed since we filed. It’s killing our business. Please don’t rescind the payments for legitimate businesses that are still barely holding on since covid.
