All U.S. companies are subject to the laws already in place regarding not limiting hiring based on race, color, creed, sex or religion. This includes those that decide to hire a “minority” over any other race to include white in an effort to establish a standing within the required quotas. Any business that does this will be subject to fines, must pay the non-hired party that was more qualified for the position the salary equivalent to the person who WAS hired for the length of time that they did not have the job after the hiring selection was completed. In order to justify their choice prior to payout, they may petition the government to hear out a just cause case regarding their choice.
