There should be Equal Opportunity for all US citizens. Drop all hiring Mandates for the people. Bible say we are all equal.
It shouldn’t matter your color, age, religion or gender but it does.
I know the construction say we are equal but we are not. It should be if you are the right person qualified for the job you get the job.
Today the government makes it mandatory that all big corporations have so many different types - Gender or color before they can hire someone.
It should be the right person that has the education or experience for the job.
