End the sugar subsidy

End the sugar subsidy. This is one on the oldest agricultural subsidies in the USA. Once the subsidy is gone the cost of sugar will go up making it prohibitive to use it as a flavor enhancer. Processed food will have less sugar added as well. We don’t have to tax or ban sugar, we can just end government subsidizing of something that becomes toxic in high quantities.
