I like this idea, but I have a concern;
The Rothschild family are kinda open about their basement/warehouse full of gold bars stacked on racks.

If we were to return to gold backed currency, would we be handing control over our economy and therefor the nation over to the Rothschilds? And anyone else who might have stockpiled gold.

Section two needs work.
Right now the way it reads a person running a business could tell you they will only accept central bank digital currency and not any of the other legal forms of tender. So I like the governments not being able to mandate a type of currency, but all businesses should be forced to accept all legal forms of tender to prevent discrimination against those who want to only deal in hard or paper currency.
There is no constitutional sanction for a national bank. Historically a national bank in America has resulted in endless cycles of booms & busts enriching only elitist bankers and politicians.
