We need to make it illegal for any political entity (such as PACs) to sue other parties off a ballot during an election season.
Yes, sure, we need the 5% to establish third parties. However, we will never get closer until we start removing systemic blockers in the democratic process instead of trying to wade through the muck.
This is how we combat to protect the First Amendment. Equal representation, in order to form a more perfect union. Establish justice, ensure domestic tranquility.

I haven’t seen candidates like you in my lifetime & you ignited within me the Hope that I lost so many years ago, as this economy crushed all my work to have the American Dream. I rose above my circumstances & was met with a cruel, unforgiving economy. We’ve been effectively gaslit as a people for so long to accept these exponentially abysmal shifts without demanding our constitution be upheld. We became complacent, hopeless. You both showed me that there may be actual representation coming from those who have enough influence to shift us in a direction that protects and preserves everything we’re supposed to stand for. And for that, Thank You. I feel lucky to have witnessed a historical campaign such as yours.
