End pride month. No one asked for this holiday. The loud minority should not force the rest of us to celebrate sin and hedonism. Don’t care what you do in the bedroom as long as it’s legal. Keep it to yourself.

I 100% agree, no other sexual preference is celebrated in such an obnoxious way. Keep it in your bedroom Not 1 federal dollar should be spent promoting sexuality to the public Not even light bulbs to high light federal buildings. Imagine we did this for Straight Pride Just STOP

There is an argument to be made that federal participation in Pride month borders on religious discrimination. Christians, Muslims, Jews, Catholics, and their denominations all believe strongly that homosexuality is unnatural and offensive to God.
Various individuals from these religious groups can often be quite discriminatory themselves, but as a rule (especially in Christianity, Catholicism and Judaism), it is deeply held that compassion and respect are the proper tools to persuade people to see things their way. This is not a sentiment that is mirrored by the LGBTQ+ contingent of society, rather unfortunately.
LGBTQ+ activists have a known tendency to publicly make harshly negative statements about religious people, both online and offline, and this is a line of thinking that has thoroughly permeated their community to the point where young, impressionable people sympathetic to their movement are unable to discern truth from emotionally charged propaganda, and live in a state of horror thinking they’re surrounded by aggressive antagonizers.
I personally don’t think it would be unreasonable to posit that Pride month is, in reality, the enshrinement of a movement that is well known to hold staunchly anti-religious sentiments. And all forms of federal participation, funding, or resource support are in direct contribution to the advancement of an anti-religious movement. There must be no federal involvement in anything that advances a social movement that openly and proudly denounces religion, on false and misguided allegations of discrimination that are largely impossible to prove, and even when they are, are not legally actionable anyway.

As a gay man myself, I fully agree. Most of us just want to live in silence and be left alone. Forcing a whole month onto people is a reason everyone hates us. Like come on guys, have a day or two celebration and call it quits.

I also don’t agree with pride month. However, it is a freedom of speech and assembly. Even if we don’t like it or agree no one should have their first amendment right taken away.

Let them assemble and speak without allowing public nudity. There’s also no reason for it to be recognized by the government in any way.

I dont think its taking away anyones rights its just asking for a pride not to be a federally recognized month our tax payers shouldnt have to pay for people turning sexuality into personality and exposing youth to nakedness and complete inappropriatie situations give them their day to celebrate but we dont have national straight month or national sexuality day it has became a weaponized party of anti religious short tempered and largely misinformed people we dont want to celebrate that for an entire month

I completely agree. Public nudity is not necessary at all. Them assembling in public is okay if it is peaceful and no laws are broken. I don’t believe ending pride month will do any good or enrich anyone’s lives. Boundaries will have to be set if it continues.

I agree with you. Tax payers shouldn’t have to pay for pride month. Pride has gotten out of hand in my eyes. We as the people need to set boundaries with the lgbt+. Keep the children safe and stop public indecency. If we can find a way to do that and still allow them to peacefully assemble then I would vote for that policy. I personally don’t believe getting rid of pride all together would better anyone’s lives.

Apparently many people don’t know much about Judaism, so let me remedy that: judaism has at least six genders. Judaism has declared war on all non-Jews, calling them Amalek. According to Judaism, Christians are less than human, And deserve to die. The phrase Judeo-Christian is therefore an oxymoron. Like Totalitarian Republicanism (for a good example see the “people’s republic” of North Korea).

Public nudity is one of the more minor things that happen at gay pride celebrations. What about public masturbation, sex, BDSM demonstrations, etc? And lest people doubt those happen – I’ve had the misfortune, on numerous occasions, to witness such things and I can assure you they happen ALL the time at these events. There should be no sexual activity of any kind tolerated in public, especially around children.
There should be no state recognized holidays to promote the LGBT lifestyle, state enforced mandates controlling speech etc. They are welcome to have as many parades as they want – without violating laws and public decency.
