Small business are the backbone of America. Credit cards are a form of reserve fractional banking and already charge abusive fees to the card holder. This is usury and usury IS Constitutional. Now the credit card system charges a business a fee to process the transaction. The businesses then add this fee to the consumer and this is a phantom tax.
This administration said they want to CAP interest. regarding APR rates This APR should be capped at Fed rate + 1%. The merchant should NOT be charged anything.
Ehd these abusive fees to both the consumer and the merchant.
