End emissions testing

Stop the emissions test requirement for all vehicles. Cars that are older do not need testing as well as cars less than 8 years old. Emissions testing can put someone in financial trouble for something as simple as malfunctioning emissions control equipment. These systems also reduce fuel economy and have a reduced power output. Manufacturers often cheat the system with these components. Cars don’t last as long as they used to and are significantly more expensive.
