Our country has many servants from law enforcement to senators and congressmen/women who hold dual citizenship. Our country needs integrity when it comes to serving America first. Ending dual citizenship requires the servant to be all in on America and its integral values. America first, and denounce all other ties to other countries or go serve in the government of your alternate country. Not here.

120% agree with this. Our civil servants should never hold allegiance to a foreign country. Funny, it’s only enforced on the lower civil servant, GS, and contractor positions.

End Dual Citizenship for Positions Requiring Oath of Office.
The oath of office involved in becoming a senior civil servant or U.S. Senator/Congressman is something that would be considered a voluntary relinquishment of the individual’s non-U.S. citizenship by many countries. Therefore, it is an anathema for the people’s representatives to share dual loyalty and/or dual citizenship with another nation. America First means no divided loyalty to another nation.

The original US Constitution explicitly prohibited anyone that had a title of nobility or conflicted loyalties to serve in any office WITHOUT the Consent of Congress. As the Bible says, you can to serve two masters. We need Loyalty to America if an office holder Unless Congress grants and exemption on a person by person basis.
Article I, Section 9, Clause 8:
No Title of Nobility shall be granted by the United States: And no Person holding any Office of Profit or Trust under them, shall, without the Consent of the Congress, accept of any present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign State.
