End CDC Covid Vaccine Requirement for spouses of US Citizens applying for a spousal visa

Currently the CDC requires spouses of US Citizens to be vaccinated against Covid for the health examination when applying for a spousal visa.

This policy is onerous and unfair since it prevents US Citizens living abroad from exercising their right to move back home to their home country.

I myself live in Germany and would like to move back to the US.
I’m an IT professional and my wife is a trained florist.
We are currently not allowed to do so because she does not want to take the vaccine.

This in turn leads to the application being refused.

I’m in the same boat, an American living overseas married to a foreign national. I don’t dare to bring my spouse to the US to live due to the 10 required vaccines. This tyrannical requirement has only existed since 2009, and they have been adding more vaccines to the list over time.

Please end this policy, which clearly violates the freedom of the individual.
