End all DEI policies and practices. This has become an anti-white effort that is impacting the job market severely. Make businesses accountable when they are caught in practice and discriminating.

I lost my job of 23 years due to DEI policies. It is damn near impossible to find another one because the company put it on my working record and companies with progressive DEI polices don’t want to hire for that reason. It is a bad time for a 47 yr old white guy to be without a job. Lost everything and now facing homelessness. No government help for me. Do away with DEI!

I agree we need to remove ESG, DEI, and other forms of Marxism in corporations, businesses, and business markets. Too many young males are not finding employment which is contributing to a larger problems of self-worth, building value, and a being unalived.

DEI has affected so many, including me as well. Anyone able to work with the skills needed for the role need to be hired again. I see this changing, more jobs created, more opportunities with the Trump Administration removing the DEI requirements completely.

I was fired for merely asking QUESTIONS about our company’s new DEI policies after corporate told us to ask questions at the local level. I did on a Thursday morning and was fired less than 24 hours later for “no cause”. It is evil and discriminatory and the workaround for quotas in school admitance being overturned. It does not define who are the alleged aggrieved nor who they are aggrieved against, but we all know the quiet part.
